she fails to mention the fact that you need to be warmed up before attempting any of this. oh, and pilates isn’t just about the stomach. it works the whole body.
if anyone watches this and tries to just do what she’s doing, they’re going to get hurt.

You need muscle to …
You need muscle to lose the most amount of weight. As a woman, you’re not likely to gain alot of muscle mass as quickly as you think though!
So don’t shy away from the light weights.

not all women can …
not all women can look like that, regardless to exercise. Different bodies work in different ways. i’ll never look like that because i have naturally really big hips for example. Plus not all women CAN exercise due to medical conditions. So, that’s an unfair umption.

maybe because not …
maybe because not all woman have the same body shape as a ford model (super skinny and tall). No exercise in the world would get a naturally larger or curvier woman to look like her.

It’s not like this …
It’s not like this will do you any better than any other form of workout, for example running would be far - far - far better for getting rid of excess fat.
The reason anyone would perform this is because it literally builds no musclemass at all - there’s no resistance to the muscles other than your own bodyweight, and you’d get abit more flexible.
If your a guy simply go to the gym, faster, easier, better results.
