    Very true, if you want abs, reduce calorie intake and do high energy exersise to burn many calories and it will get rid of fat. You can’t focus on one spot and expect that area to be fat free, it does’nt work like that. If your body fat is low enough and just moderate ab muscles then they will show.

    doing crunches wont get you slimmer. cut your calories by about 500 from your BMR. a true and tested method of cutting would be high protein low carb diet. btw, better start hitting that treadmill really fkn hard for 20lbs
