    Lol, Diet Sodas are the same as regular. Just drink water all the time. Diet sodas may have lower calories and less sugar… but they have been proven to be as fatenning as the regular ones. So just plain water… and lots of proteins from fish, lean meats and so forth. =)

    Hi lovecanbeif. If you are a beginner to working out and you do 12 repetitions of each exercise in this video and in Abs Part II, you should leave a day in between. Like Tammy says in her video “..or if you wanna get those six pack abs, YOU CAN DO THEM EVERY OTHER DAY OF YOU LIKE.” Don’t do them everyday, you need to let the muscle recover. It is during this time that the muscle grows.

    don’t, why do a fad diet for the sake of losing pounds for a short time? eat healthily, and everyone knows what food is bad for them and whats good, bad food such as takeaways (fast food) sweets, cakes and sodas, why not drink diet sodas and more water and eat more vegetables, fruit and meat, and do cardio 3-5 times a week, and introduce some weight resistance, in 6months time doing that you will look so much better than 6months time doing a FAD diet, good luck.

    And think LONG term!

    This low calorie diet plan will leave you hungry, irritable and lacking in energy as your blood sugar levels go up and down and chances are, the pounds will go straight back on as soon as you ditch the diet.
    so my point is that this is probably one of the worst crash diet! forget about it, and concentrate on getting a slimer body by eating a healthy diet that will shift those pounds slowly, but keep them off for good ;)

    Hey guys I need some advise i am going to be doing the maple syrup diet for about 7 - 14 days they day no exercise when doing this diet because you have little energy but I might include some of these but this is what I was hopping after the diet I jog/run for 30 mins in morning and then do all of the 6 exercise videos that will be 1 hour then in afternoon repeat and eat healthy does that sound good. Can you give tips or advise thanks.

    Normally I’d say I’d hit it, but that would technically be an inaccurate statement because I’m attempting to wait till marriage, though results have been somewhat marginal, and whether or not I still have my vcard is now a matter of technicalities. :( Props for keeping the long hair; not enough women do that these days.

    Nice vid too, I’m trying to get my abs into shape.

    It isn’t bad to …
    It isn’t bad to work out every day, but you should alternate between which parts of your body you work on. For instance one day do legs, the next do shoulders arms and back. It is good to do a little bit of cardio before each work out to get your heart rate up, and make sure to stretch at the end of each work out. It is good to take a break maybe one day a week, but it won’t hurt to work out every day. :D
