    OMFG that is so great i really really really hope that that will work for me cause i wanna be all nice and trimmed by the end of the summer !!! yea when you do all the exercises it really works up a sweat doesnt it ? and is it just me or when you do the toe touches in abs # 1 its really hurts my midsection !

    Thank you for your video. I am in need of some exercise. My big problem is not only my abs but some of the exercises get me right in the back. Hopefully in time they will get easier as my muscles strengthen.
