Great question. You're right that most fitness games are focused on cardio.

The games that come to mind are The Biggest Loser Challenge and Get Fit with Mel B. Both of these allow you to customize your workouts, and the customizations include strength building which can target certain muscle groups. I'd say that the core of both games is still cardio, but at least they provide some options. Both games allow you to select options use extra equipment such as the fitness ball (both) and wrist weights (Mel B), something no other Wii game has built in.

Most Wii games can be turned into strength training by adding wrist weights or Riiflex weights.
References :
http://www.nutwiisystem.com/blog/review-of-the-biggest-loser-challenge.html

A good fitness game is Wii Fit. It uses the Wii balance board which does cost more but it focuses on balance, weight, physical fitness, and flexibility. It includes yoga, traditional workouts, cardio, and balance games. I would suggest this to build more muscle, like in your case. What's neat about this game is that it let's you be competitive with family and friends (if you let them create a Mii) in just about everything you do in the game and it helps you to set weight goals and deadlines to reach that goal.
Another that I would suggest is Wii Active. Although Wii Fit has more to offer. This really make you sweat. It's really more cardio than most of it, though you can actually feel the burn depending on how muscular you are.
Hope this helps!
References :
They live within or close to the city that team is stationed in. Some follow a team because they grew up with them / their parents are die hard fans. Others follow them because they jumped on a band wagon when they were once a good team and they felt they should stick with them. Others feel emotionally attached to one team. Many people have different reasons. I was one of the band wagon because I did not like my local teams. My team is horrible now, but I'm not going to be fake and switch to a different team. Sports teams need loyal fans.
References :
How the health system in panama does not work? As the average Panamanian would say, public health care is very poor, worse yet if you are not employed, less health care coverage than those with social security coverage.
References :
in panama anyone can go to the hospital and be seen at the public hospitals for free.. but to understand the system better u first need to understand that in Panama there are two classes of people: really poor and really rich.. so normally the poor people go to the public hospitals and the rich people use the private hospital (John Hopkins hospital). But both the public and private hospitals are very nice.. the public one tends to be crowded where as the nicer private hospital is not that crowded.
References :
i live in panama
