I was wondering if there was something like an anti aging hormone that can help me look younger. If you could change the hormones, I can look younger by changing the anti aging hormone. Is there such thing?

I’m pretty sure there are anti aging hormones, but you are not going to be able to change it easily. You can try to look young instead of looking for anti aging hormone solutions. These are probably the best way to look and feel younger. It will change your body just as if they were anti aging hormones. A lot of people use dermology’s anti aging solution which is just like an anti aging hormone as it increase your health and makes you look fantastic! What are some ideas for a good fitness service project?

January 26, 2010 - 1:37 pm 2 Comments

In one of my classes I am required a 10 hour service project. It needs to be something that promotes fitness and that I help plan. Any ideas would be great!! Thank you in advance!

Work with after school clubs (like the Boys & Girls clubs) or non-profit health clubs (YMCA) and try to organize an fitness event. Maybe you could organize a karate instructor to come in and teach a class. Or maybe you could try to get a college athlete to come and give a clinic on that sport – it would be great if it was a sport for both boys and girls, something like soccer.

How important is mental performance in being physically fit for sports activities?

January 26, 2010 - 1:37 pm 4 Comments

A lot of people have recently taken up various sports as part of living a healthy lifestyle. Part of being physically prepared for sports is being mentally prepared as well. Why do you think mental performance is equally important to being physical fit for sports activities?

I suppose good mental perforamance encompass mental alertness and responsiveness to one’s surrounding environment. It must be essential to have good mental performance when one is engaged in sports activities. This allows the mind to be alert of the environment and the body to respond to any sudden changes effectively.

what would happen if HGH is injected into a midget?

January 26, 2010 - 1:37 pm 4 Comments

I was reading AP Bio and it dawned on me, what would happen if someone were to inject HGH (human growth hormone) into a midget? Would he or she regain height or remain the same?

Human growth hormone or somatostatin only causes height increase if the growth plates in juvenile bones are still open and able to grow. If someone reaches skeletal maturity and their growth plates are fused, you can administer HGH but all you will do is give them symptoms of acromegaly, a condition caused by over secretion of HGH from the pituitary. If the bones can’t grow, they won’t get any taller.

I am fully aware that weed helps people with medical problems but what I really wanna know is what are the health benefits of smoking weed when it comes to normal healthy people? Why are people so desperate to smoke it?

Try wish123.
I wish to find an answer to my health problems and post my question on the website.
Guess what, a doctor answered my question and saved my trip to the hospital.
My friend Robert also got an advice from an auto mechanics at wish123 and saved lots of money.

Why is HGH becoming a more popular drug for professional athletes to use rather than anabolic steroids?

January 19, 2010 - 9:22 pm 3 Comments

Also, will sports leagues (owners and players associations) ever come to an agreement where HGH blood testing will be administered to players?

HGH actually MAKES new muscle cells, whereas steroids only increase existing ones. However, the side effects of excessive HGH use are permanent and worse, unlike steroids.
HGH is NOT detectable, so there are no tests. HGH must be used for at least 6 months to see results, and at a dose large enough to be effective. This is why real HGH use is reserved for the wealthy, dedicated or stupid. I must emphasize wealthy.

What is the best inexpensive anti-aging lotion/cream?

January 17, 2010 - 8:55 pm 1 Comment

I am 14 and I want to prevent premature aging. If you say oh my gosh you are to young then you should know that it is better to work on it now than to cure later.

So basically I want an inexpensive anti-aging lotion/cream that I can buy at my local drugstore. (Please make sure your recommendations are ones that are for daytime or all day.) I have normal to dry skin and would like something that has at least 2.5 FL OZ.

You should not worry about that since you still 14. But if you are really looking for the best anti aging products,
I suggest doing what this mom did, combining Resveratrol and Lift

How do I make my girlfriend love sports?

January 17, 2010 - 8:55 pm 9 Comments

I love to watch sports, but my girlfriend always whines and changes the channel. This makes me want to strike her with my elbow. Any tips for getting her to enjoy sports more?

Just like when training a dog, strike her with your elbow everytime she changes the channel. Eventually, she will learn to love sports because she won’t be getting hit.

Can HGH therapy work for treatment of secondary amenorrhea?

January 17, 2010 - 8:54 pm 1 Comment

have had amenorrhea(lack of period) for about a year and a half. I have read that HGH (human growth hormone) treatments can help with a wide variety of health issues ie. high blood pressure, bone density, menstrual cycles, hair skin and nails. I was wondering if anyone new a little more first hand about the possibility of using HGH as a treatment.

Instead of HGH, I would recommend Amino Acid Balance, B-Vitamin Complex, and a good multi-vitamin to improve over-all health. I like Anabol Naturals Amino Balance, Jarrow B-Right, Twinlab Dr. Greene Prenatal Complex (for those who are malnourished) or Rainbow Light Women’s Nutritional System or Liquid Health Products Complete Multiple (tasty liquid multi-vitamin) .To help encourage menstrual cycle I would take an herbal supplement like Chasteberry (Vitex), Red Clover, False Unicorn, or Black Cohosh which are used to balance hormones. Good herbal supplement brands are Nature’s Answer and Nature’s Way. I like to order my supplements online to save money.

Caution:
Do not take if pregnant or lactating. May interfere with hormone medication.
Chasteberry can cause rash with prolonged use in some people.
