What is the best anti aging serum? How long does it last? And did you ever use it?

I’m currently using Olay’s Regenerist daily regenerating serum for about 3 years now and have been very happy with it.

How much does cardinal fitness cost for couples with the start up costs included?

September 25, 2009 - 12:19 pm Comments Off

My fiance and I wanted to join cardinal fitness in the midwest, does anyone know how much it costs?

$31.95 per month for the both of you. Normally there is a joining fee of $99 (first person) and $69 (second person). But if you tell them you saw it on their website, you can get the joining fee for $20 per person. A great deal because there is no long term commitment.

Are health insurance premiums that I pay and are deducted from my paycheck paid with after-tax dollars?

September 25, 2009 - 12:19 pm 8 Comments

My health insurance is through my employer but I have to pay part of the premium and it is deducted from my paycheck each pay period. I am filing my taxes and am being asked if the premiums are paid for with after-tax dollars. Any answers?

Premiums are tax deductable as a part of your medical expenses if you are filing long form. You add up every co-pay you made to doctors, hospitals, and prescriptions and the total cost you paid for these premiums and then you get a percent of that total back on your taxes. Anything that you paid for any type of health care is deductable as long as you have a receipt (or in the case of health premiums you pay) they are on the W2.

What is the most important record in sports history?

September 25, 2009 - 12:19 pm 25 Comments

I, along with most true sports fans have long considered baseball’s homerun record the most hallowed(important) sports record around. Now that all of baseball’s stats have been tainted by steriods (especially Barry Binds and the HR record) what do you think is the most impprtant sports record around?

Most IMPORTANT?

I don’t think any sports record is important.

Which is most IMPRESSIVE? There’s a BIG difference.

The most impressive is the record for MOST record setting career home runs.

When Babe Ruth set the career Home Run Record, it was like 250. When he finished the career record was 714… so basically he hit about 460 record home runs. He was esentially THREE TIMES the home run hitter of anyone that had played the game before him.

In order to match that record, a player would have to hit about 1200 home runs… which will NEVER happen.

Second most impressive? Cy Young’s 511 wins.

Or maybe it’s UCLA’s win streak?

Johnny Van Der Meer’s two consecutive no-hitters? You may not be impressed, but when will ANYBODY throw three in a row and break it?

Why is HGH illegal to use if you are not a professional athlete?

September 25, 2009 - 12:19 pm 5 Comments

I mean, what does it do that makes it illegal? Does it alter your perception, thereby making you unable to drive or work? Does it cause strange, dangerous, behaviour and thus could be used to harm people? Is it seriously addictive? I just don’t understand.

I’ve had a prescription myself, so it’s not illegal..

The truth is, the pharmaceutical industry owns the FDA. See my source for some details…

What do you look for in anti-aging creams?

September 23, 2009 - 1:10 pm Comments Off

I am 26 and need to start using an anti-wrinkle or anti-aging cream. What do I need to look for when comparing products? Does skin type matter? Do combination products work? How do I know which one might be right for me? I do not wear a lot of make-up or products in general. Does this matter?

Winna,

Let me say first, good on you for getting started with this. You probably are far from wrinkles, fine lines and age spots. However, they say you have to start you if you want to "kick aging in the butt" later down the road. Look for products that include a high amount of active ingredients. Natural ingredients are always better than artificial and lab produced. I have read a lot on anti-aging and with my sensitive skin I have to be careful what I get. I tried out a few, and found Lifecell skin cream to work pretty good. Here is a link to more information if you want: http://bestantiagingwrinklecreamreviews.com/ The good thing about this cream is that it did not react with my skin at all – no burning or itching.

How can I be strong physically, fit and have a good cardiovascular fitness?

September 23, 2009 - 1:10 pm 3 Comments

I want to be strong physically and I want to improve my cardiovascular fitness. Unfortunately, I don’t go to clubs anymore to run a lot. So I have to depend on myself every week on Saturdays and Sundays to run. Unless of course, there is a good sport I discover, I will take the chance.

But for now, what kind of thing would you recommend me to do if I want to improve my upper-body strength and cardiovascular fitness to do every week? Thanks in advance. Help much appreciated.

I would highly recommand a very good product which is a kettlebell.

It is a nicely raw iron with many variation of exercise you can do. As for cardiovascular, "The swing" which is the foundational exercise is the best as it develops general fitness and cross over to many other sport. You can google search for kettlebell and know more about it but I believe the best website for it will be dragondoor.

The 1st link is on description of kettlebell

The 2nd link is my affilate link to dragondoor

The 3rd link is my blog

What is the best health insurance carrier for those self employed?

September 23, 2009 - 1:10 pm 1 Comment

I’m very confused as to finding health insurance since I’ll be self employed soon. Can anyone suggest a health carrier that is easy to get insured and are reliable? Thank you.
I’m really not interested in going online, as have been warned. And I have been online and don’t need a million calls wanting my business. Thanks, but no thanks. I am interested in details and sure information. Like seeing an agent.

A lot depends on your personal situation and what state you live in.

Generally though you will want to stick with a large and trustworthy company like a United Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, etc.

Shop around and compare quotes from at least 3 companies to find the best rate. Here is some more info on some thing you should know when looking for self employed health insurance:

HGH for females looking to get a hard body?

September 23, 2009 - 1:10 pm 1 Comment

Are any females here taking HGH. Im not looking for weight loss just for a toned/ rock hard body. Im on birth control, I currently take anadrox and renewal HGH. Im thinking about taking hgh injections and i dont want to get man features.

renewal HGH is a complete waste of money. GH releaser’s do not work, they didn’t when they first came out in the 80′s and the don’t work now.

a sure fire way to increase GH output which is free is to perform sprints 2-3x a week. anytime you exercise at maximal effort GH release is increased. all you need to do is warm up for 5 minutes and perform 10 all out 100m sprints. the easiest thing to do is run a 100m then walk a 100m and repeat until you have completed 10 sprints. warm down for some light cardio for about 5-10 minutes then stretch after.

real GH will run you about $1,000 a month and it not easy to get. GH does not cause viralization in women unlike androgenic steroids.
