I’m 26 and wondering if now is a good time to start using anti aging creams. I don’t have any wrinkles yet but I want to prevent them as long as possible….. is beginning them now a good idea? And if so, what are some good creams?
You really don’t need a wrinkle cream yet in your 20s. However, I have heard of dermatologists recommending a cream containing retinol as a preventative measure if you so desire, as anti aging creams help prevent wrinkles as much as they can repair after the fact!
As long as your willing to start taking care of your skin NOW- you may not ever need a wrinkle cream!
Some things to keep in mind for taking care of your skin in your 20s is prevention!
1. Use sunscreen every day- sun or no sun (wear it under your makeup or have an spf based foundation or powder)
2. Learn to incorporate skin-friendly foods into your diet. These include antioxidant rich foods like berries…and make sure to get your 7-13 servings of fruits and veggies daily. Fish like salmon is also good for its omega 3s.
I have a ton of info, tips and videos that can help with anti aging please visit: http://www.eyewrinklesaway.com
Hope this helps!
I like my sports.
And they all have they’re toughness and they’re complete out ignorance [like track, MY OPINION!!]

1 being the sport that doesnt acquire much phsyical fitness.
I believe Lacrosse and Soccer are the toughest sports. You need to be in extreme shape and have the skills to even compete in these sports.
Both socialzed and free market health care ration health care.
In socialized health care, care is rationed based upon bureaucratic decisions.
In "free market" health care, care is rationed based upon the ability of the person to pay.
Which is more just?
Which is more just for a child?
Depends on the perspective. The "socialized" (please use in quotation marks) perspective is that users of health care are the community as a whole; thus, ‘just’ is defined as minimizing the losing individuals. "Free market’s" views are that the users are individuals or groups of individuals; thus, ‘just’ is defined as maximizing the number of individuals ‘satisfied.’
From both common political and ethical perspective, a child is often unable to contribute to the discussion of ‘individuals to be lost’ in "socialized health care" or ‘user satisfaction’ in the "free market." Given the assumptions that pediatric care is satisfactory for most children, "socialized health care" is more just because the intrinsic cost-of-life-saved would then be higher even though some children would fall through the cracks. HOWEVER, given the assumption above and also that the income difference between the richest and poorest people is minimal, the "free market" is more just because parents can decide what is most ‘satisfactory’ without too much undue financial burden.
What is the all-time greatest feat in sports history. Many events have happened, but which one is going to be remembered forever throughout sports history.

Including natural supplements for hgh increase.I dont want to spend 1000 bucks on the real hgh.
Sleep and exercise. Any HGH that is bought is fake and does not help, it only does harm to your body.
I would like to purchase an inexpensive anti-aging cream that actually works for my mom but I don’t know which one to choose, they are so many but which ones work, thanks.
I don’t know if they would be considered inexpensive but the most effective anti-aging products I’ve used are by Orthoderma. The results have been really obvious on me.
I guess you could call them mid-range price-wise, not expensive but not super-cheap, but I have had a better ROI from them than from any of the fancy stuff I used to waste my $ on.
