Is it very easy to have my doctor prescribe me HGH. I starting a workout program and I want a pick me up to get me through my workouts.

if you just started working out, be patient!
also, if your muscles grow too fast, your will blow out your joints b/c your tendons and ligaments won’t get as strong as fast … do some research into strength training if you goal is to bulk up …
if you just need a "pick me up" then you are either not eating enough or you have low endurance - if it is endurance, then you will have to be patient and gradually increase the length and intensity of your workouts as you build it … if it is diet, keep a food diary and see where you can add carbs a couple hours before a workout - also be sure to eat a little protein immediately following a workout - this stops the break-down of muscles and jump starts the rebuilding process - also try L-glutamine …
